RESEARCH. INNOVATION. APPLICATION.

Whether on land or sea, Clear Group is always searching for new ways, products and processes to elevate interior design and art to the next level. We achieve this through our professional relationships with inventors, innovators, artisans, the impact investment community and even our quantum physicist friends. We truly enjoy sharing this unique and extensive knowledge with new clients who dare to dream big.

RESEARCH & COLLABORATION

Clear Group regularly meets and works collaboratively with innovators to apply proven and creative solutions utilizing progressive interior design materials, energy capture technologies, alternative resources and more.

ENERGY HARVESTING

Nanogenerator technology converts existing sources of non-polluting mechanical energies such as vibration, rotation, wind, human motion, and even water wave energy into an infinite source of electrical energy. It has the ability to harvest enough energy to operate a variety of wireless devices, GPS systems, electronic devices, lighting and sensors.

PHASE CHANGING MATERIALS

PCMs absorb heat as room temperature rises and release heat as the temperature drops.  They are the hidden ingredient of furniture and structural design applications as related to the thermal exchange unit that helps save energy and enhance indoor environmental quality.

ALTERNATIVE ENERGIES

We work with companies that make use of renewable alternative energies including hydrogen,  wind, solar, bio, hydroelectric and ocean, and transform it into usable energy generated by everyday objects. Examples are soft goods like drapery and textiles that harvest energy and generate electricity through movement.

SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS

Clear Group strives to incorporate materials that are luxuriously renewable, non-toxic, organic, durable, high-quality, healthy, responsibly resourced and low-impact into our design solution at sea.

BIOMIMICRY

Biomimicry is an approach to innovation that seeks sustainable solutions to human challenges by emulating nature's time-tested patterns and strategies. The goal is to create design, products, processes, and policies—new ways of living—that are well-adapted to life on earth over the long haul.
